1.I really enjoy eating fresh fruits such as watermelon, bananas, and apples. I usually eat some every day. Sometimes I even eat fruit instead of dinner.
2.I sometimes eat hamburgers, but I keep them simple without any sauce,just have bread, vegetables, and a beef patty. Even though it is a hamburger, I think this way of eating is also healthy.
3.I almost never eat snacks because most of them have very high calories and can easily cause weight gain. I also rarely drink beverages and alcohol. In particular, I avoid soda and milk tea.

I like to eat nuts, I keep a bag of nuts in my car.
